OTHER INGREDIENTS: Instant BCAA 53.1% (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, emulsifier: lecithins), bulking agent (cellulose gel), coating material [stabiliser (polyvinyl alcohol-polyethylene glycol-graft-co-polymer, polyvinyl alcohol)], anti-caking agents (talc, mono- and digylcerides of fatty acids), anti-caking agents (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), pyridoxine hydrochloride. Made in a plant that manufactures milk, egg, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts containing foods. colour (titanium dioxide).RECOMMENDED USE: Take 4 tablets daily. On training days take 2 tablets 30 minutes before your training and 2 more tablets right after your workout. On resting days take 2x2 tablets between meals. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
