Directions
1MEAL REPLACEMENT (60g): Mix 60g (approximately 2 x 60ml scoops) with 350ml of water until a smooth, even consistency is achieved. Substituting one daily meal of an energy restricted diet with a meal replacement contributes to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Substituting two daily meals of an energy restricted diet with meal replacements contributes to weight loss. 60g is the recommended portion size for this product. 2HIGH-PROTEIN SHAKE (30g): Mix 30g (approximately 1 x 60ml scoops) with 175ml of water until a smooth, even consistency is achieved. This serving size does not constitute a meal replacement and should be used as a high-protein food supplement between meals.
