The product is good however I got sent the wrong flavour, I got sent blue raspberry instead of berry blaze so be careful. Good caffeine and beta-alanine

I was pleasantly surprised that the colour was a muted blue, since usually pre-workouts are very overdone with artificial colouring and are almost electric blue colours which is very unnecessary. The flavour, however, was VERY sour blue raspberry, I can’t drink it without making faces 😂 not my cup of tea but I do know that some people like sour taste, so if you are one of those people - this is the pre-workout for you! The energy boost it gave was amazing, best way I can describe it is -Woo let’s go!- type of feeling and I also felt a bit happier. It kicked in pretty quick and definitely felt skin tingling all over the body not just lips. This will be my go to pre-workout on days where I really need that energy boost and I’m too lazy to workout, but would not suggest having this every day by default since it does have a lot if caffeine and your body can build up a tolerance so it won’t be as effective anymore.

This re workout drink really did give me lots of energy, strength and stamina and didnt make me feel nauseous as some do. I would definitely recommend that if you arent used to a pre workout supplement then you should start at half a scoop and work up to a full scoop. The taste is good, not to bitter or too sweet.

First off, I should say that I ordered the berry flavour but have received the blue raspberry flavour. This obviously means that I’ll be reviewing the blue raspberry even though it may say Berry Blaze above my review. I like the design of the tub but it’s size does seem quite wasteful. As you can see from my pictures, the product doesn’t even fill half of the tub. I do like that it comes with a measuring spoon though 😊 Despite it not being the flavour I ordered, I do really like the blue raspberry - a happy mistake I suppose! The powder blends well in water and is easy to prepare and drink quickly. It’s only 3 calories per serving too which is great! It definitely gives a short term burst of energy which of course is perfect for before a workout. Happy to recommend 😀

Pre need not be used by everyone, but is really good if you are trying to crush strength goals especially - this one, focusing on caffeine, is one of the market leaders, and for a good reason. Really good ingredients, to balance the extremely high caffeine hit with other ingredients to both stimulate, support muscle growth and balance the effects. Good for mental focus in the work outs, allowing you the energy and mental clarity to build that mind-muscle connection. Contains anti-oxidants in the form of green tea extract but also low sugar so doesn't impact macros. Good ingredients, mixes well, and tastes nice and is refreshing. Good product.
